I am a senior researcher at MedInTech Inc., where I develop intelligent systems for motorized endoscopy. My main interest is applying recent advances in deep learning to medical data, with the goal of creating tools that support healthcare professionals. My current work spans several areas of computer vision—including object detection, depth estimation, and 3D reconstruction—and the efficient deployment of deep learning models.

I earned my Ph.D. in Intelligence and Information from Seoul National University under the supervision of Prof. Wonjong Rhee. During my doctoral studies, I developed deep learning algorithms for analyzing electrocardiogram (ECG) data and explored explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) techniques to make complex models more interpretable, aiming to build systems that effectively support human decision-making.
